REFUND POLICY

ProLink Refund Policy

At ProLink, we are committed to delivering high-quality content and design solutions tailored to your business needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we have established this refund policy to ensure transparency and trust in our services.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests are accepted for projects or services not delivered as per the agreed terms.

  • Refunds are applicable only if:

    • Deliverables are incomplete or missing.

    • The final output does not meet the quality standards promised during the agreement.

    • ProLink fails to meet agreed delivery timelines without prior notice.

  • Customized creative services such as branding solutions, templates, or advanced edits are non-refundable once approved and delivered.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Services already approved by the client during the review process.

  • Dissatisfaction arising from changes in project scope post-approval of initial terms.

  • Issues arising from lack of communication or delays caused by the client (e.g., untimely feedback or incomplete requirements shared).

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Submit your request in writing to stprolink@gmail.com within 7 days of project delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your project ID or invoice number.

    • A detailed reason for the refund request.

  3. Our team will review the case and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card) within 7-10 business days of approval.

  • If a refund is not possible due to payment method limitations, ProLink will issue a credit for future services.

 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in cases where:

  • Only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory.

  • Minor revisions are acceptable to meet client expectations instead of a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after this period may incur a processing fee of up to 20% of the project cost.
